Solution 1: Enable the Account with Other Account with Administrator Privilege
Step 1: Login Windows 10 with other account with administrator privilege. Then please press “Win” + “R”, enter “lusrmgr.msc” in the pop up window. Finally, press “Enter”.
Step 2: Select “Local Users and Group” and click “User”. Find and double-click the disabled account on the right side.
Step 3: Please make sure item “Account is disabled” is not checked. If it is checked, please do not check it and then click “OK” to save the settins.
Step 4: Restart the PC and you can login Windows 10 with the account again.
