Solution 1: Press Power Button and Rise the Screen after Lock

1. Press Power button to lock the device.

2. Rise the device with Power/Home button.

3. Repeat these steps for 5-10 times.

1. Hold the Home and Power button at the same time.

2. Hold both buttons for at least 10 seconds until the logo of Apple shows on your iPhone.

3. Restart your iPhone and check the iOS edition in Settings. If the iOS has not been updated, please go to these steps again.

1. Download and install the latest version of iTunes. Then please open iTunes.

2. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable.

3. Please keep the connection and follow steps below to force restart the device and get access to the recovery mode.

● iPhone models with Face ID: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Power button until your device begins to restart. Continue holding the Power button until your device goes into recovery mode.

● iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

● iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold the Top (or Side) and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery mode screen.

● iPhone 6s or earlier iPhone with Home button: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery mode screen.

3. Click [Update] in the pop up window.

Tips: We may need to restart the device or lost all data in the device because of system restore. It is recommended to backup data inside the device with iTunes beforehand.
