Convertio is an online website that offers format conversion. Users can convert formats online, without installation of any software. Here are the steps.

Steps: Get access to Convertio (link: https://convertio.co/zh/flac-m4a/). Then, select and upload the target FLAC file to the web. After that, select M4A as the output format and click to convert it from FLAC to M4A.

3. iTunes

How to convert FLAC to M4A with iTunes:
Download and install iTunes. Then, select the target FLAC file and input it into the Library. After that, click [Preferences] > [General] > [Import Settings]. Next, right-click at the FLAC song and select [Create AAC version]. Finally, right-click at the new AAC song and select [Show in Windows File Explorer]. Soon, you can see the M4A file.
