Note: This solution requires administrative privilege to perform. It cannot be applied in Windows 7. Please refer to Solution 2 if you don’t have administrator account.
Step 1: Press “Win + R” key to open “Run” window. Type in: lusrmgr.msc, click “OK”.
Step 2: When you go into “Local Users and Groups”, click “Users” and then find out the administrator account.
Step 3: Double click on “Administrator” and please do not check the option “Account is disable”. Finally, click “Apply” and “OK”.
