If you have a Mac, you can use the Audacity and Soundflower apps to record your favorite podcasts. The following are the specific steps:

Step 1: Download and install the Audacity and Soundflower applications, open them on the Mac system (System Preferences>Sound>Output), and select Soundflower (2ch).
