iMovie
① Open iMovie and add the target video file. Then drag the video to the timeline.
② Click at the timeline anywhere. Then click the cropping button at the top-right.
③ Select [Ken Burns].
④ Two frames, labeled Start and End, appear over the clip in the viewer. You can move them to adjust. To apply the change, click the button [√].
⑤ Now the zoom-in/out has been set. You can click the share button to select [Files] to save your video when prompted.
TipsIf you only want to zoom in/out a clip, you can right-click at the time bar to select [Split Clip] to extract the clip from the video. Then you can add zoom-in/out effects to the clip.
