I. The reason why the iPhone is stuck at the Apple startup logo
There are several reasons why an iPhone might be stuck at the Apple startup logo. The possible reasons include:

Solution One: Force Restart iPhone
- iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume + button, then press and quickly release the Volume - button, then press and hold the side Power button until you see the Apple logo.
- iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold the top (or side) Power and Volume - buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.
- iPhone 6s or earlier with a Home button: Press and hold the Home button and the top (or side) Power button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

① Before starting, you need to update iTunes to the latest version.
② Connect your iPhone device to the computer via a data cable. Then on a Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, or on a Windows computer, open iTunes.
After the device is connected, different models can operate according to the following instructions:
- iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume + button, then press and quickly release the Volume - button. Finally, press and hold the side Power button until you see the recovery mode screen.
- iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold the top (or side) Power button and Volume - button at the same time. Keep pressing both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
- iPhone 6s or earlier with a Home button: Press and hold the Home button and the top (or side) Power button at the same time. Keep pressing both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
Solution Five: Restore iPhone After Entering DFU Mode
● Restoring an iPhone in DFU mode runs the risk of rendering the iPhone completely non-functional, especially if the repair process was interrupted unexpectedly or incomplete.
● If your iPhone has hardware damage, please do not enter DFU mode to repair it. Corrupted components can prevent the restore from completing, resulting in corrupted iPhone software. So, if DFU recovery failed due to hardware damage, then things can get worse.
● Repairing in DFU mode will erase all data and settings in the iPhone. If you don’t back it up in advance, you will lose the data in your iPhone forever.
1. First, you need to put your iPhone into DFU mode.
iPhone 6s and below, iPhone SE devices:
① Connect the device to the computer with a USB data cable, and turn off the iPhone.
② After turning off the power of the device, press and hold the “Power” button of the device for 3 seconds, then press the home button of the device at the same time, and keep pressing the two buttons for 10 seconds.
③ Then let go of the “Power” button, but keep pressing the Home button for about 5 seconds. If the screen remains black with nothing on it, your iPhone should now be in DFU mode.
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices:
① Connect the device to the computer with a USB data cable, and turn off the iPhone.
② Press and hold the “Power” button for 3 seconds, then press the “Volume -” button, and keep pressing the two buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.
③ Release the “Power” button, but keep pressing the “Volume -” button for 5 seconds. When the device is in DFU mode, nothing will be displayed on the screen. And iTunes on the computer will pop up a prompt to connect to an iPhone.
iPhone 8 and later devices:
① Connect the device to the computer with a USB cable. Then press the “Volume +” key, and then press the “Volume -” key.
② Then press and hold the “Power” button, press the “Volume-” button at the same time when the device is black screen, press and hold the two buttons for 5 seconds.
③ After 5 seconds, release the “Power” button and continue to press the “Volume -” button.
④ Until iTunes pops up a prompt to detect an unknown device, and the device screen is completely black without displaying anything, then the device has successfully entered DFU mode.
2. When the iPhone enters DFU mode, iTunes will open a pop-up window, then click “Restore” and wait for the restoration of iTunes to complete.
