Summary Being the officially recommended software, iTunes is an essential tool when users need to update the iOS, Apps, sync and transfer data on the device. However, the operation of iTunes is not so simple and sometimes users may encounter different errors like 0xE8000015. When we receive a error notification with this code, how to solve it?
Before solving the error, we can get more about error 0xE8000015. This error occurs when iTunes fails to recognize your devices after connected to PC and receive notification like “iTunes Error 0xE8000015” or “iTunes could not connect to this iPhone”. Step 1: Download and install Renee iPassFix. Then, connect iPhone to the computer and open the software. Next, select [Fix Device].

When Apple Mobile Device Service is off in target computer, iTunes will fail to recognize iPhone and finally error occurs. To solve this problem, please check the status of this service.
Here is the step: Right-click [Computer], select [Manage] in the menu, go to [Services and Applications] and then [Service]. Find and double-click [Apple Mobile Device Services] on the right side. Then click [Start] and [OK] to turn it on.
Besides, please make sure the normal work of the drive software in computer device management. Go Right-click [Computer], select [Manage] in the menu, go to [Device Manager]. Find and double click [Universal Serial Bus controllers]. Check if there is any device is following by a symbol of !. If yes, please update the driver software and then reconnect the iOS device to computer.
