1. Download and install Renee iPassFix and then open it. Connect your iPhone to computer with cable. Click [Fix Device].
2. Click [FIX ME] to download the firmware or select the option [Import Firmware Manually]. Besides, if you check [Full Restoration], all data in the device will be cleared.
3. Wait for fixing the device. After finished, please disconnect the device from computer.
2. Change Another USB Cable and USB Port
Damaged USB cable or USB port could also lead to iTunes error 0xe800002d. If it is caused by this reason, please try another USB cable especially the genuine USB cable. Also, you can also try another USB port. Please do not connect the device to computer with USB hub.
3. Update iTunes

4. Reinstall All Apple Related Software

5. Open Apple Mobile Device Service and Update Driver Software

1. Exit iTunes. Find and right click [Computer] then select [Manage]. Select [Computer Management] > [Service and Applications] > [Service] on the left panel.
2. Find and double click [Apple Mobile Device Service] on the right side. Then click [Enable] in the pop up window to open this service.
3. After enabling Apple Mobile Device Service, please guarantee all driver software in computer management works well. Right-click [Start] menu and select [Device Manager] > [Universal Serial Bus controllers] > right click [Apple Mobile Device USB Driver] > Select [Update Driver Software] in the menu > [Search automatically for updated driver software]. After updating the driver software, please reconnect the iOS device to computer again.
6. Trust This PC
Please select [Trust] in the Trust This Computer window when connecting iOS device to computer. If you tap [Don’t Trust], your device will not be recognized in iTunes correctly.
7. Restore to Factory Reset
Attention: This method will erase all data and settings in iPhone. If you have create backup for your iPhone, you can try this methods. Or you will lose all data and settings.
Go to [Settings] in your iPhone and then [Reset] > [Erase all data and settings].
Tips: If you do not create backup data in iPhone, it is recommended to try method 1 which can save data in the device when fix it from error.
You can also try the Reset function in your iOS device to solve the iTunes error 0xe800002d if methods above can not fix the problem. After reset, please reconnect the device to computer again.
