Convert via FFmpeg:
Step 1. Search [FFmpeg] online. Enter the official website and click the [Download] button.
Step 2. Select the [Windows] icon > [Windows Builds].
Step 3. Select [Windows 32-bit], then click [Download Build].
Note: the system bits depends on your Windows operating system.
Step 4. Decompress the package and open the [bin] folder. Then put the [ffmpeg.exe] file into the [system 32] folder.
Step 5. Search [cmd] in the search bar. Then right-click [Run as administrator] to open the command prompt.
Step 6. Input [C:\Windows\System32\ffmpeg.exe -i D:2019.MOV D:2019.MP4] and press [Enter] to run. The QuickTime MOV will be converted to MP4.
Tips C:\Windows\System32\ffmpeg.exe: the position of ffmpeg.exe;
D:2019.MOV: the saving position and the file name of the target video file;
D:2019.MP4: the position, the file name and the format to be output.
The command can be modified based on your own needs. Please check [File name extension] if they cannot be shown by default.
