① Install and open Renee Video Editor Pro. Click on [Video Toolbox] > [Add Files].

② Select the background video. Then, click on [Watermark] and add a video into the video.

③ After that, drag the video to adjust the position. You can click the [Edit] button to further edit the video, such as cutting, rotating, flipping and adding animations. Click [OK] to save the settings.
