How to use Renee Audio Recorder Pro to record music from YouTube:
① Download and install Renee Audio Recorder Pro.
② Launch the software. Then, select computer sounds as the source and select the format and the file location in [Output Format] and [Output Directory].

All in all, if you have few requirements on the audio quality, you can use MP3 because it can save less storage capacity. Yet, if you are not worried about the space, you can try FLAC and WAV.
