I. How to record the screen on the Mac system?

1. Use QuickTime Player to record screen images

QuickTime Player software is a built-in player in the Mac system. In addition to playing video/audio, it can also record screen images. Here are the specific steps to record your computer screen with QuickTime Player:

Step 1: Open Finder and open the QuickTime Player software in the Applications folder. After opening the software, click (File) > (New Screen Recording) in the upper left corner.

Step 2: Choose your preferred audio input by selecting from the drop-down menu adjacent to the Record button. To highlight mouse interactions, enable the option “Show Mouse Clicks in Recording” which will display mouse clicks as a black circle on your recording. After you’ve configured these options, press the red record button to commence recording.

Step 3: After clicking the record button, a prompt will appear, and you can choose to record the full screen or a specific area of the screen according to the prompt.

● Click anywhere on the screen to start recording the entire screen.

● Drag to select the area to record, then click Start Recording in the area.

Step 1: After running the software, click the (Screen Recorder) option on the main page.

Step 2: In the “Ready” interface, personalize your recording by selecting the “Custom” recording area and choosing to record both “Computer Sound and Microphone”. Set your recording target and output directory as desired.
