Two Restore Methods are Available

Restore from iCloud Backup

Restore from iTunes Backup

Restore Backup from iCloud Backup

Step 1: Turn on your device, you will see a Hello screen.

If you have set up the device, you need to reset it before you make the restore for your device. Please make sure you have connected to a Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Follow the on-screen set up steps until you get the App & Data screen. Please tab Restore from iCloud Backup.

Step 3: Enter your Apple ID and password. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 4: Choose a backup you want to restore.

Step 5: Stay connected and wait for a progress bar to appear and complete. The restoration time will depend on the size of the backup and the network speed.

Restore Backup from iTunes Backup

Step 1: Open iTunes on the PC that you used to back up your device. Connect your device to your computer.

Step 2: Follow the onscreen steps if you get message for device passcode or to Trust the computer.

Step 3: Select your device when it appears in iTunes.

Step 4: Click Restore Backup in iTunes. And then please select the version you need to restore.

Step 5: Click Restore and wait for the restore to finish. If you have encrypt the backup file, you need to enter the password.

Please keep your device stay connected after it restarts and wait for it to sync with your computer until the sync finishes.
