- Microsoft Optimizes Screen Clips for Windows 10
Summary
Citing foreign media Thurrott, Rafael River reported that Microsoft had optimized Action Center in Windows 10 Build 17639 so that users could take clips of the screen quickly. Although Microsoft provided snipping tool in previous Windows, users prefer to use third-party software. It is hoped that the clipping experience will be improved in the upcoming RedStone5.
According to Rafael’s test report, setting for the saving path for screenshots is still not provided in present system and they will be automatically saved in a temporary folder. But it’s believed that it will be optimized in future versions.
Apart from screen capture, sometimes you probably want to record the screen. Renee Screen Recorder, which is free screen recording software, can record any activities, pictures or voices including microphone. Moreover, it support dual-screen recording.
