1. Download and install Renee Audio Tools.

2. Click [Cutter].

4. Click [Cut]. Then, you will see the below screenshot.

5. Drag the progress bar to select the part to be cut. Then, click the play button to check. Or, type the specific start and end time to cut the part.

6. After that, click [OK] to cut.

1. Back to the main interface and select the output format as MP3.
