● Restart or start the iPhone / iPad
● iPhone / iPad is locked over 48 hours
● Did not unlock the device with passcode in the past 6 days or with Face ID in the past 4 hours (In Face ID device)
● iPhone / iPad receives the remote lock order
● Fail to unlock iPhone / iPad with Touch ID or Face ID for 5 times
● After holding volume button and side button at the same time to close or rise SOS emergency contacts (Works in device with Face ID)
● Change or add Touch ID or digital passcode。
● Try to access Medical ID
● Keep trying when you enter wrong passcode for 4 times;
● Required to wait for 1 minute at least after the fifth time attempt;
● Device will be locked for 15 minutes after the 6th and 7th attempts;
● Device will be locked for 1 hour after the 9th attempt.

Part 4: Restore Backup Data from iTunes / iCloud
