1. Force Erase All Data

This method is very easy. Please login the original Apple ID and password in the device and then initialize the device.

Go to [Settings] > [General] > [Reset] > [Erase All Contents and settings]. Please make sure the device has erase all data and connected account from the device which is not from official way.

2. Erase Device with iCloud

You can draw supports from the previous owner of the device.

1. Turn on your computer and go to iCloud.com in your browser. Then enter the Apple ID and password of the original owner.

2. Select the target device in the list after clicking [All Devices] in “Find my iPhone”.

3. Click [Erase iPhone].

4. Then please delete the device from the account.

5. Please restart the device after all the steps above has been processed. Then follow the instructions on screen to activate the device.
