① First, download and install Renee iPassFix. Then, run the software.
② Connect iPod Touch to the computer with the cable and then select [Remove Device Passcode].
③ Select the iOS version that is targeted in installation, and then click on [UNLOCK ME]. The firmware will be automatically downloaded. Or, manually input the firmware.

2. Use iTunes
When the iPod Touch has been synced with the computer, you can unlock the device with iTunes.

③ For Mac users, use the Mas OS 10.15 version and click on [Restore] when you are asked to select [Restore] or [Update]. For Windows users, go to iTunes and download the software applied in iPod Touch. If this process exceeds 15 minutes, the recovery mode will be stopped. Please follow the above steps to get into the mode again.
④ Finally, the iPod Touch is reset and the passcode is removed.
Note:
If you enable the [Erase Data] option, all data on the iPod Touch will be erased after 10 failed passcode attempts. You should recover the device from the backup file.
