WAV is an audio format developed by Microsoft. Originally, it is used to contain audios on Windows, such as recording files. Step 1: Download and install Renee Audio Tools.

Step 2: Open the software and click [Converter].

Step 3: Click [Add Files] to select target WAV file.

3. Windows Media Player

1. Find Windows Media Player.

2. Right click on Windows Media Player interface and select [Tools] in the menu and then select [Options].

3. Select [Rip Music] in the pop up window. And then select Windows Media Audio Pro in Format of Rip setting. Finally, click [OK] to save the setting.

4. Place target CD to CD ROM. Then Windows Media Player will ask whether to change current format settings. Click [Save current settings] and [OK]. Target WMA files could be found in the target output folder.

Demerits: The operation is complicated and only supports to transfer WAV audio in CD to WMA.
