Solutions
Instructions as below:
1. Open local group policy editor:
Press Win + R to input gpedit.msc and select OK. Local group policy editor will show up.

2. Please go on step by step: Computer Configuration – Administrative Templates – System – Power Management – Sleep Setting. At the right side, you will find “Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (plugged in) “and “Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (on battery)”.
3. Double click “Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (plugged in)”. Select “Not Configured” and save settings.
4. Double click “Allow standby states (S1-S3) when sleeping (on battery)”. Select “Not Configured” and save settings.
After finishing the above steps, sleep function can be found in Windows 10 power button.
