Retrieve Master Password for Renee File Protector
Method 1: Search in your email
When you set the master password, you will be recommended to set the email address. If you make it and check “Send my password to email”, you will receive an email with the password you set.
Then if you forget the master password, you can firstly search the email you filled in.
Method 2: Find the password without email
Step 1: Launch Renee File Protector and click “Retrieve password” on the login Window.
Step 2: Copy and paste the activation code of your Renee File Protector. Then it will send the master password to your email address.
Note: This email will sent to the email address which you filled in when purchasing/activating the software.
