Summary Learn how to create a system image by using Windows Ghost software and Renee Becca to prevent data loss and ensure a smooth recovery in case of system failure.
In the computer field, Ghost generally refers to Symantec’s disk cloning and backup tool. Ghost software can back up a specified partition or hard disk into an image file with the extension .gho.
Creating a Windows Ghost image refers to the process of using software to back up data on the Windows system. Users can generate a GHO image file for all content in the computer (including the operating system, configuration, applications, and files, etc.) and save it to another computer. Hard disk drive. When your computer cannot start normally due to operating system damage, system crash, virus invasion or other reasons, it can help you quickly repair the Windows system and restore it to a normal state.
The following will introduce the method of using Ghost software to create a system image. In addition, it will also introduce a system backup software with easier operation and more practical functions. Let’s take a look together.
II. How to make a Windows 10 system image?

Then if you receive a message “The disk is currently in use. Do you want to force unmount?”, please select the (Yes) option. Next, the software will create Ghost image files according to the size of your disk storage files. Once the creation process is complete, click (Continue) and select (Exit) the software.
If you need to restore the system image, you can run the Ghost software, then find the (Local)-(Partition)-(From Image) option, and select the image file in the location where the image file is stored. Then select the target location to restore the image, and click the (Yes) button to restore.
Although Ghost software is a well-known system backup software for many people, its functions are relatively simple. The software introduced below not only has the functions of partition/hard disk backup and image creation of Ghost software, but also has the functions of system migration, hard disk cloning, partition cloning, File backup and other functions, and supports the establishment of automatic backup plans and the selection of backup modes, and the operation interface is also clearer. The following is a specific introduction.
